Musim Panas

Memandangkan sekarang kita berhadapan dengan cuaca panas yang 'agak melampau', aku sertakan beberapa tips yang boleh kita praktikkan bersama.


TIPS TO TACKLE THE HEAT
1. Stay in the shade as much as you can and avoit the hottest period between 11.000 am and 3.00 pm.

2. Protect your eyes with sunglasses.

3. Wear loose, light clothing and hats.

4. Avoid sterenuous exercise in hot ewather and should you get hot after walking around, cool off in a shower as soon as possible.

5. Drinks a lot of water regularly. Dont wait untill you feel thristy as you could be significantly dehydrated by then.

6. Eat a light diet, and never fall asleep in the sun.
